❯ Scanned copies of first and last page of Passport that is valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel

❯ Proof of confirmed travel reservation

❯ One colored photo of size 4.3 x 5.5 cms that shows 80% of the face clearly.

❯ Financial Documents:

   ❯❯ Income tax acknowledgement (Saral Form) of 2 years Form 16

   Or

   ❯❯ Bank or Post office fixed deposits of at least Rs 5 lakh.

❯ Birth certificates, attested by the UAE Embassy or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

❯ Travel insurance

Note: You need to specify in detail the Occupation and Designation in the application form. When applying online, it is important to attach the scan copy of the photograph and the last page of the passport. The scanned photograph should be in JPEG format and less than 40 KB.
